Refund Policy:
No Refunds after Dec. 1 for monthly or longer reservations. Following your
check-in, no refunds will be made, excepting certain circumstance (such as
family illness) requires you to leave prior to the end of your reservation.
If management approves a refund, any unused rent must be applied to you next
reservation, which must be used within a twelve month period of time. a
$25 administrative fee will apply.
